Meet The Early Bird Winners for February and March

We have a couple of Early Bird Winners to congratulate! Last month Vivian was our winner from February and received discount for March; and Richard won our March drawing and will be getting a discount for April.

We do this drawing every month and you have a chance to be the winner if you pay your rent before the first of the month. Everyone who pays their rent before the first of the month gets their name placed into the Early Bird Drawing. Out of all the entries, a random name is selected and the lucky winner gets $50 off of rent the following month.

So when April comes around, be sure to get your rent payment in early! After all, we all know what the early bird gets...
