Local Artist Beautifies Gulf Gate With Gorgeous Murals

Did you ever wonder who painted the beautiful murals in your building or the paintings hanging in the clubhouse?

The artist is Lisa Sparling, a Sarasota native. Our Regional manager, Liz, spotted one of her murals painted on a house on Gulf Gate Drive and loved it.

Since then, we have commissioned her to paint murals in every building and more recently one in the office in the Clubhouse. See below for the cabinet file she repainted! Most people don’t even realize it’s there when they come in.

Meet Charles - Our Early Bird Winner

Congratulations to Charles, he is the winner of our Early Bird Drawing this month! We do this drawing every month and you have a chance to be the winner if you pay your rent on or before the 1st of the month. Everyone who pays their rent on or before the 1st of the month gets their name put into the Early Bird Drawing. Out of that pool of entrants a random name is selected and the lucky winner gets $50 off of rent for the following month.

So, when May's rent comes around, remember the Early Bird Drawing and turn in your rent payment early. We all know what the Early Bird gets... that's right, a chance to get $50 off of rent the next month!

Resident Survey - We want to know what you think!

At Condor Corporation, we care about what our residents think. To ensure we're living up to our pledge to go Beyond the Expected for our residents, we are asking them to take a few minutes and fill out a survey. We delivered a printed version of the survey to each apartment, which can be returned to the office once completed. Alternatively, we have put the survey online, that way our residents pick whichever format that's most convenient for them.

This is not only an opportunity for you to tell us how we're doing, but also a chance to change your community! We want to know what we can do to improve your living experience. Plus, all survey respondents will be entered into a drawing to receive $20 off their April rent - and there will be 20 winners chosen! The survey will close on April 7.

We have a couple of Early Bird Winners to congratulate! Last month Vivian was our winner from February and received discount for March; and Richard won our March drawing and will be getting a discount for April.
